Q: Why should I hire a Virtual Assistant (VA)?

Q: How does the work get accomplished?

A:
A VA will contract with your business to complete the work your business requires to ensure
efficient, timely and accuracy of the project. The VA will complete the work in his/her home
using his/her own computer system, printer, fax, scanner etc., and email your documents via a
secured and firewall protected email address. What better way to 'go green!?'If your work
requires delivery to a post office, back to your office, etc., then certain charges such as
transportation mileage will apply.


Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A:
After completing your project(s), you will receive an invoice for the completed project. I
accept checks, all major credit cards and debit cards via PayPal. For recurring tasks or projects,
a deposit is required to retain services and can be personalized to suit your business needs.
